The spaces we spend our time in can hold the energy of what has happened within them. People come and go, relationships change, families grow, businesses evolve and life leaves its mark. At times, a home or workplace can begin to feel heavy, unsettled or like it needs a fresh start.
A spiritual energetic clearing works with the energy of your space to release what no longer needs to remain and bring the environment back into balance.
Your home should feel like somewhere you can return to, exhale and feel supported. Your workplace carries its own energy too, particularly when many people move through the space each day. Clearing can be used for homes, offices, studios, treatment rooms, shops and other business spaces.
You don’t need to wait until something feels wrong to clear a space. A clearing can also mark a new beginning, honour the end of a chapter or prepare a space for what comes next.
When might you clear your space?
You may choose to have a clearing when moving into a new home or opening a new business, particularly if you want to clear the energy of the people who occupied the space before you.
It can also be supportive during periods of change: after a relationship ends, following a death or illness, when someone leaves the home, during a major life transition, or when you are preparing to sell or rent a property.
Sometimes the reason is harder to define. Your home or workplace might feel heavy, uncomfortable or unsettled, or you may feel that the space no longer reflects where you are in your life. You may also want to clear your space as part of consciously closing one chapter and opening another.
What happens during a Clearing?
A clearing is a seven-step process, and wherever possible, I encourage the owner of the home or business to be involved. Your connection to the space and your intention for it are an important part of the work.
Throughout the clearing, I work with the energy of the space to identify and clear areas that feel stagnant, heavy or out of balance. We release old energy and set an intention for how you want your home or business to feel moving forward.
Once the clearing is complete, the space is blessed with the intention of creating an environment that feels calm, welcoming and supportive of the people who live, work or spend time there.
